This is a rapidly changing and challenging environment around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with circumstances and concerns in managing the workplace, those working within them and managing to keep the doors open. Employers now more than ever, need to clearly understand processes and how to manage their messages to avoid ambiguity which can increase employee stress, create workplace issues or even cause potential legal action.
